This past Sunday, rookie QB for the Colts Andrew Luck, the first overall draft pick this year for Indianapolis broke the record for most passing yards in a single game for a rookie. Luck threw for 433 yards in a 23-20 win over Ryan Tannehill, another good rookie QB, and the Miami Dolphins. He broke the record, previously held by Cam Newton, who set it just last year. The Colts, now at 5-3 after their 3rd strait win, are now within decent playoff contention. Coach Chuck Pagano, who was recently diagnosed with leukemia provided inspiration for the Colts to win. Luck completed 30 of 48 passes, and converted 13 of 19 third-down chances. Rookie T.Y. Hilton made a leaping 36 yard touchdown catch, when Luck threw right into Dolphin double coverage.
